Hey Everyone,

I am new here and stumbled upon this forum looking for answers on the London Embassy Visa processing.

We are waiting for an EB-3 visa interview and all information I find online doesn’t explain much. I saw online that EB-3’s were being processed right up until November.

Curious if anyone knows if EB-3’s are still being processed in London at the moment?

Any info would help. Thanks and wishing everyone else waiting on their visas good luck!

If you are in a vital healthcare profession, then you may qualify for an exception. Routine employment based visas are not being interviewed in London at this time.

See the FAQs from the embassy and bookmark it for future updates.:

https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/u-s-visa-and-travel-faqs/

This statement in one of the FAQs:

Visa interview appointments can take place. If your case is with NVC, please contact NVC directly to discuss the status of your case and any expedite options.

You can sign in to your Visa Appointment Service account to schedule or reschedule your appointment. If your appointment was canceled during lockdown and you have not yet created a Visa Appointment Service account, you will be required to register the original appointment date before you can reschedule to a new date

Thank you for the response! We are in the EB-3 section (employment based 3rd category) so it sounds like we are still under the presidential ban.

Thanks again!
