He is not in control of immigration and the process

He is concerned with covid and healing our country

if you are a USC and want changes write to the Congress people who are on the Subcommittee for Everything immigration as they write the laws and rules

What to expect???   a polite letter saying "we are all concerned with immigration"   as this is not an issue with most of the over 328,329,523 (people) July 2019 census

. President-elect Biden says he will end the new policy and revert back to the previous public charge guidelines. For adjustment of status applicants, this would likely eliminate the need to submit Form I-944, Declaration of Self Sufficiency. Most new immigrants will likely be required to file Form I-864, Affidavit of Support.

My wife came to the US on an F1 visa about 10 years ago.

That form didn't go thru congress and it was created by the Trump administration and Biden can get rid of it.  Yes Biden as President that is in charge of the Executive branch is in charge of immigration and the process. Not sure if you are a citizen or not but that is basic knowledge. How do you think Obama implemented DACA?
