If you did that without already having a proper visa in hand, you would be turned away.

Sorry your spouse is sick.

You can not go to the border and explain you need to be with him and there's no humanitarian visa for this.  US border immigration can not let you in without a visa.

Your spouse can seek to expedite your case with the NVC and US Consulate in Juarez because he is sick.  He will need to provide evidence of his illness and ask them to expedite your spousal visa interview.

Yes, but not only that he is sick, but that he needs care from the foreign spouse specifically.  It IS possible to get a separate visa for this.  The USC should get a Senator's office involved if the need is legitimate.  Just being sick or very sick is not enough.

B2 is the visitor visa, ask the Consulate if you cat an interview due to exceptional circumstances, regular processing is suspended.

He’s basically dying of cancer stage 4 so I doubt he can work in an expedite that’s why I’m asking what other options I have. It’s killing me to not to be there for him

I'm sorry to hear that.  Is he not well enough to request an expedite?  Or can you email the CDJ consulate and request an emergency B visa interview?

I am also sorry to hear about OP's situation. Alternatively, can't the USC spouse's caregiver/close family member request the expedite, complete with documentation about the spouse's medical condition? Someone in the US is hopefully taking care of him at this point.
