I’m just assuming the wait time from the USICS processing times website.  It’s actually 24-32 months.

I messaged the Emma bot on the USICS website and typed live agent. Then it transferred me into a queue but it wasn’t a long wait until I got to live chat someone.

I fall in this one. 2.5-7 months.I filed on March and received a notice on June 9 that is was being reviewed

Yup that was me as well, until I contacted Emma and found out I was moved to California without being notified. 😭

I just contacted a live agent via Ask Emma. They informed me my case was transferred from Nebraska to California, from 2-7 months wait to a 24-35 month wait. 😭 I submitted May 15 and have been on actively reviewing since June 9.

I have put through a request for a Tier 2 call back in order to possibly put through an expedite request, but looking at the criteria, I am not hopeful. It seems so unfair to move from a few months wait to over 2 years!

Likewise! I am just frustrated. Please let us know if there tier2 agent helps you.

Emma took me here and I also sent a email. This is frustrating though

When you go on the USCIS Homepage a pop up chat box appears. This is Emma. I tried to access on my phone but the box did not pop up. It’s only accessible on a desktop screen so I suggest trying that!

In the chat box I typed speak to live agent. She the asks about the topic, I chose case status. And then she’ll ask you to give brief detail. I put in a sentence about on seeing if my case was transferred and I was put into a queue to speak to a live agent. But one time I just wrote ‘case status’ and she sent me to the help page. So I think when she asks for detail you’re better off writing a sentence or two which is too complicated for the bot to understand. So she’ll send you to the agent instead. You’ll have to reiterate the issue any way to the live agent when you connect.

I was in a live chat, but Larry closed the chat fast without asking further questions. Says Texas Center, but not Nebraska as in first place. I hope he didn't get mad and sent my case for last or years to come just for asking a question

Wow that is very contradictory. So he is saying the time a form is processed doesn't take into account what office it is located in. Then why have different processing times per center at all?? OR is he thinking you are asking where in the Texas jurisdiction the case is (assuming they have more than one office within that jurisdiction), and therefore it doesn't matter since it falls under Texas anyway?

I just talked to another agent on Emma again, she as well as the last agent said they can't give a date on my transfer, only that it was transferred. Interesting, since I've seen in other threads people have been told the date.

Also, interesting to know is that they keep a log of how many times you've enquired on the case and what you asked about. My last agent told me she could see that I already enquired about this a few days ago...

Yes, they keep a log. Now I don't want to ask too much and just let it flow, just in case.

I have traveled 6 times and I am going on January to stay 2 months. That is over $3,000 in plane tickets.

I Already have a apartment, car and land to build a house in Central America. I hope I can have my wife soon

Texas Service Center

Filed 2/26/21

Case is being actively reviewed 5/12/21

Doesn't look too good for Texas. Average processing time on both USCIS and VisaJourney keeps slowing down unfortunately...

Sad.

It is slower than Nebraska. I really thought that with the Democrats in power things will be much faster. Sorry for mentioning a bit of politics; Im not bring specific.

Mine has been Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS since June 29th. 2 weeks after being submitted.  Finally found out case had been transferred to California from Nebraska with no notification.  Think I am in for a long wait
