Still the same, at Potomac, Actively reviewing since February 4, 7 months now.  Been married 7 years, 10 years of photos, a joint business, mortgage, 7 tax returns, power of attorney, 3000 call log etc.  Dont understand.  Others got married this year, applied later and sail right through.  Only thing I can think is it's a same sex marriage so someone delaying as long as they can or maybe wont approve that.

sorry to hear. Send in an I-129f! I think thats the ONLY thing that pushed mine thru at Potomac quicker than normal

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

Please explain. What is 1129f? and how does it work? My case was transferred from Nebraska to Texas service center without any notification and its been on actively reviewing status since June 21.

How did you find out your case was transferred without a notification? I'm worried mine has been transferred too, been actively reviewing since May 15 2021.

I contacted USCIS via "Ask Emma' & got through to a live agent. Asked them about my case and found out it's transferred to Texas from Nebraska.

I just contacted a live agent via Ask Emma. They informed me my case was transferred from Nebraska to California, from 2-7 months wait to a 24-35 month wait. 😭 I submitted May 15 and have been on actively reviewing since June 9.

I have put through a request for a Tier 2 call back in order to possibly put through an expedite request, but looking at the criteria, I am not hopeful. It seems so unfair to move from a few months wait to over 2 years!

How do you know about the wait time? They told you? Mine is in Nebraska. What are the phone numbers?

I’m just assuming the wait time from the USICS processing times website.  It’s actually 24-32 months.

I messaged the Emma bot on the USICS website and typed live agent. Then it transferred me into a queue but it wasn’t a long wait until I got to live chat someone.
