So a K3 doesn't ruin my approval for IR1? I read from their part that the k3 is to limit the separation between us when ine file an IR1.

That I have to upload a valid birth certificate. The info is in a goverment website, the app is like an Id_dot_me. You can download your birth certificate for free. It's an authentic way to obtain the document.
