All you do is file the I-129F petition. I sent in the form, a copy of my marriage certificate, and a copy of my I-130 receipt. You have to mail it to the Texas lockbox.

Can u help me fill this part or anyone else? She is my spouse. Do I mark N/A beneficiary is my spouse? Do I mark No on IMB?

My I129f  application for k-3 Visa arrived at Texas. I also filled a G-1145 for them to notify me when they have it in hand. Does anyone know how long can this take if any approval?

I have  my IR1 reviewed since June😔

You should get the NOA for filing within a month.  To beadjudicatedd it could take a few weeks, a few months, or over a year.  Then it will be closed.

Darn!! Everything is so complicated. Lets wait and see

If you were to get a K3 it is like taking the worst part of a K1 and mixing it with a spousal visa.  The beneficiary can't work and you has to AOS.  Pretty sure 0 were issued last fiscal year.

Yeah! I still have the Ir1 in process, so the k3 might be denied immediately. I sent them a letter though in the packet
