do you get an notice (like an email or notification in the app) when the case changes to actively reviewing or do you only find out when you check online?

I couldn't access the case status website for hours today and then finally saw the 'actively reviewing' status.

Just relieved to see at least something is happening.  Been waiting about 5 months.

I have Case Tracker app installed and when status of my case was changed to AR, I received a notification from the app on my phone

K3 is free. No filling fees

Does my wife have to apply for the k3 in her country? How I do this? If the i130 gets approved the k3 closes. This is good because k3 can be approved before the other one

The US citizen will have to mail the i129f with the evidences and a copy of NOA1 of the i130.
