My husband is a LPR and intends to file Form i-130 for me. He is required to attach his green card (front and back pages) but the green card is missing, although he has a scanned copy of the front page of the green card. Can he attach the front page alone? What other evidence can he put in place of the back page of the green card?

If your husband's green card is missing, he needs to file an I-90 and pay to get it replaced.

For the I-130, he can not send in the a copy of the front alone.  He is required to send in a copy of the front and back.  There is no other evidence he can send in place of a copy of the back of the green card.

I-130 instructions:  What documents do you need to show that you are a lawful permanent resident? If you are a lawful permanent resident, you must file your petition with a copy of the front and back of your Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551).
