I was in your exact situation but it was a while ago. Try searching for the county for where you are registered plus "voting record" and you should be able to pull up the info online.

How does one get an acceptable voting record for Florida to prove US Domicile?

What exactly do you think evidence you voted in Florida, will say about you having US Domicile?  You are not required to have US Domicile.  You MAY be asked to show evidence of your intent to re-establish US domicile, if you've been living outside the USA for some time.  Absentee voting is evidence you voted, not evidence of domicile intent.

Sorry if I offended you in some way. You are, in my eyes, one of the best contributors on here.  Please don't insult me; this was just a question regarding items to add to the NVC question. I have 529 accounts and Massachusetts Prepaid tuition plans for my daughter as well as investment accounts in US but was merely asking about how to get the voting record....

This was the message I got from NVC

And I'm pointing out that your focus on a voting record is unnecessary, and why.  Looks like I got your attention.  That was the goal.  Carry on.

Are they asking for something?  If so, what is the exact wording?

This is the message they sent me:

PETITIONER might not have a principal residence or be domiciled in the United States. Please submit proof of domicile. For more information on domicile requirements, visit https://nvc.state.gov/fin.

Did you visit the link?  But, first I would focus on why you are getting this request, so that your response can be in context.  Look at the I-864.  In the first question, did the petitioner indicate they were the petitioner and no other box checked?  When asked about domicile on the form, what was the answer given?  Did the petitioner provide a US Mailing address?  Can you think of any OTHER reason why they may have doubts about intent to re-establish domicile?

Is there any need to be domiciled to vote? A quick look makes no mention.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Correct.  A voting record is irrelevant to Domicile.  Evidence of current voter registration MIGHT be or might not.

I am getting this, I am assuming, because, as the petitioner, I have lived in Peru for many years now.  For US living address we used my sisters address in Colorado.

Well why does everyone talk about using it then?

Please look at the I-864 and tell me the answers to my specific questions, each of them, not just the last one.  We need actual information to help you.

I can't tell you why everyone is telling you to provide irrelevant information.  Perhaps you are misinterpreting.

Note again that the actual requirement is NOT to prove domicile.  It is to provide sufficient evidence of one's intent to re-establish US domicile.  I suspect and error on the I-864.  Let's rule that in or out first.  I can't advise further without knowing the specific answers to two specific questions you ignored.  I need those answers to put your issue into the proper context.
