Hi!
i recently received 2 email from from nvc that states “The National Visa Center (NVC) updated the status of your immigrant visa application. Please go to the Department of State's Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) at https://ceac.state.gov/IV. You will need your NVC case number and invoice ID number to log into your account.” but everytime i log-in and check, there is no changes or any messages. Is this normal?

Please fill out your timeline.

Their system may be buggy, you can try contacting them to see if there's a message or not.

They will give you a better answer than anyone here can.

If there is, you may need to wait for it to show up.

If it's busy you can try calling closer to closing time.

Consular processing as in Direct Counselor Processing?

If it's just CR1 you'd be contacted when they schedule an interview.

Their site is very buggy. When you click the messages they don't show up for minutes. If you wait long enough you will finally see them. I tried 3 different browsers, so it is the site, not the browser that you use. If you call them (which I did before learning that you have to wait a long time to see it). They will read the messages to you.

I should have read the wole thread before posting above this. If you got the email that it has all been approved and accepted then you are done with the NVC stage.
