K-1 fiancée visa?

Hi everyone,

 

is K-1 fiancée visa suitable for someone with 2 children who has never been married? ...I guess the Spouse visa does not apply because we are not married but have 2 children together?

Are the children USCs?  

 

Children of a k1 who are not USCs are issued k2 visas

yes, they are USC.

Then they aren't involved in the visa application process and simply enter using there US passports.

The k1 would still be suitable for you though, if that is the way you want to go. If possible, you can also get married and do cr1
