So I'm trying to pay my visa $220 fee and I'm running into a problem. My DOS Case ID, which I assume is the same as my IV case number, does not fit in the allotted spaces. I have one extra digit in my number. Am I missing something? Is this not the right number? I'm Currently wishing I'd not discovered this on a Friday evening...

Agree 100%. Just very hard on all of us being apart from our spouses. And the added travel restrictions, isolations etc make it impossible to visit with them.

That is the truth I had a 4 day window back in 2020 to see my husband. I don’t travel alone ever. I ran to the airport so fast spent 10 hrs on flights and in airports just to see him for 2.5 days. He thought I was stuck working. The look on his face when I walked threw the door was worth every sec .

Hey guys,

Any idea about turnaround time of medical exam results from Toronto or Montreal clinics?

Our interview is scheduled on May 03 and we will be flying from AB. We are weighing this option if we can do medical exam and interview in the same trip.

What would be the wait time If medical results reach to consulate after our visa interview ?

Although we will be moving to US on July 01, 2021 still we don’t want to risk anything due to COVID-19 situation.

I am planning to flying to Montreal from Toronto. Do the lockdowns impact the flights ? I apologize in advance if the questions are dumb but I am hoping someone is in the same boat as me and I am not in Canada atm so it is difficult to keep track of all the restrictions

I am flying from Vancouver through Toronto to Montreal. I  called Air Canada today to ask if flights can fly in Toronto, they said YES. So I think you will be fine as well, I guess.

I had two additional citizenships noted on my DS-260, one of which I held a valid passport for and one of which I didn't. I brought as much proof as I could (passports both expired and valid, etc) but wasn't asked for either, just my Canadian stuff.

that's good to know. thank you!!

Hey everyone, do we need to print out the Affidavid of support for the interview ? Will they ask for that although it is uploaded ?

I have ours just incase, but I havent seen anyone get asked for it. Did you upload a new one before your case was sent to the consulate? I have new ones but I'm not sure if theyll get it if I upload it since our case was already sent...
