Is anyone else not going to have their 2020 taxes for their April interview?

Don’t have an interview in April, but since IRS extended the deadline to May 17th (https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/news-releases-for-current-month) I assume there will be people in April without their 2020 taxes

Are Canadian benefitiarys asked to show their tax returns if filed separately
Or just the Petitoners

In general, the petitioner taxes are the ones that matter to match the info on i864 and to show financial ability to sponsor. I’m not familiar with a request for the beneficiaries to show their return since it’s not a US tax return. There’s a scenario in which you’re asking to use the beneficiary’s finance to proof sufficient funds and I’m not familiar with this process..

Interviewed: March 17 2021

PP Received: March 23 2021

I got 2 Annotation on the stamp: "IV DOCS IN CCD" and "212(g)(2)(B)"

I did some search about it and found that : if “IV Docs in CCD” is annotated in your immigrant visa, it means that your visa is a digitalized visa and you will only receive your passport from us" I think this is ok and I have no further action.

About: 212(g)(2)(B), I found that is related to Vaccination but just wanted to make sure.

Did anyone else had this Annotation ? Any specifics I have to do before I cross the border ?

It doesn’t have anything to do with vaccinations (we initially had that confusion too). Husband’s passport said the same and no issues/questions were asked. I think the entire thing just means the package was sent electronically!

Hello Everyone,

I am hoping to get IL in April or May (DQ-Sep 18) and I realized today my police certificates will be expiring in July while going through my immigration papers. I have 2 police certificates (one from Canada, the another one from my home country) and the Canadian one will expire on July 8, and the other one will expire on July 20.

Can someone here tell me if I need to get a new police certificates for possible May or June interview? I remember there were some discussions on the same topic back in January , but my computer is not working properly at the moment, I am not able to go through past discussions as I would like to. I will greatly appreciate any answer you can kindly provide. Thanks so much!

My husband’s police certificate was due to expire a few weeks after his interview and he had no problem, they didn’t even mention it.
