Sounds like he has done the medical but not the interview.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

What happened at the interview?

The doctor was like god that’s ridiculous and gave me the option to say no condition or class b to address the dui. Then because I was like no conditions she gave me arguments why she thought class b was the best for me. I.e so they can’t pick on me for being an active abuser.

The interview is next week.

I got it guys. The CO said approved on the spot but made a big deal about how like it’s only possible because the name of the charge is ambiguous and he has to cover it up as much as he can to make sure I’m not stopped at the airport.

so now I have to worry about waiting for the supervisor sign off for the issued and customs but I suppose this step was the most likely denial.

Has anyone else heard of an approved visa and then the CBP undermining the CO at the airport or supervisor overriding the CO to deny the visa on sign off?
