Hi everyone! I am the beneficiary from UK and we have just sent off the I-129f. Does having an ‘only fans’ account affect getting a k1 visa? (Only fans is similar to web cam modelling except it’s just pics) I don’t do anything that’s considered p*rnography on there at all, I just post only bikini type pictures. But will having one make them raise questions? (And I am aware when I go to America I have to stop working on there of course. I’m just wondering if having an Only fans will affect anything) thank you :)

I know Musicians etc use it but isn't it mainly Pornography?

 

Mind you it also questions why a K1. Presumably they will ask if your So is aware.

It can be anything but yeah some people also use it for p*rnography but I don’t. I just post bikini pictures, my fiance is very aware I use It, as I have it advertised on all my social media’s. I only got it when I met him anyway as I got unemployed last year due to covid and needed money.

I'm pretty sure they only ask about prostitution and polygamy which is illegal in most states. Although you might have to include it in your income
