Hi folks,

Hoping I can get some answers, I sent in my i751 package in July 2019 still no updates, I was not aware that I could have filed N400 even though I didn,t hear anything about the .751, my question is my job is alerting me that my extension will be up in March, will they be sending out another 1 year extension  in the mail?  can I go ahead and apply for the N400 now? also during the time my son has turned 18 can I do his N400 also? or will he have to do that on his own since he is now 18?

Thanks much

It's on his own but it'll need to be based on the 5-year rule. What is the "Resident Since" date on his card?

You'll most likely need to call and request appointment for I-551 stamp in your passport.
