DS260 SIGN AND SUBMIT

Hello! Anyone here having problem signing DS-260 form? We are trying to sign the DS-260 form so we can submit it along with other documents. However, when we click the SIGN AND SUBMIT button we are directed back to CEAC Login page. What should we do????

Had the same problem in early December. No browser worked. After 2 days of unsuccessfully trying, I called NVC. The lady I spoke with asked for my case number then told me to call an hour later because I called at a time when the IT people (all of them!) where on break. I called back as instructed but couldn't get through. I went online and tried signing the form again, and it worked! I don't really know what solved the problem. You can either wait or call NVC.

I see. May I ask how did you sign your DS260 form? Did you use any app for the e-signature?

There is just a "sign" button you have to click.

Thanks. Do we need to print all the DS260 form? Or just the confirmation page?

Confirmation page only with the bar code.
