Hello!

My husband and I are at the NVC stage and we are now filling out the I-864 form.  I'm not sure which address to put as my physical address.

In the I-130 form I put my Polish address as my physical address (march 2020), but when I went to visit my husband in March 2020 lockdown happened and I have been on a tourist visa ever since (I have to renew it ever 3 months).  Do to the nature of my husbands work, we are changing our hotel apartment ever 2-3 months.

should I put the polish address as my physical address or should I put the address I'm in on with my husband even though I'm on a visit/tourist visa and our hotel apartment address changes every 2-3 months?

Put the address of your residence.  That would not be an address in a country where you are a tourist.  (Unless that's the Philippines)  You'll be returning to Poland for your interview, right?

Thank you so much for your reply :)

No, I am the USA citizen applying for my husband.  My husband will be having his interview in the country he is working.  Our situation is a bit confusing because of my husband's work we have moving around like nomads (multiple countries) for the last 3 years.

So, your husband has a work visa and would indicate HIS physical address.  You are a visitor and would indicate your address in the USA.  You still don't mention the country but to my knowledge one would only list a local address as their physical address if living in the Philippines as a tourist.  (I live in the Philippines as a tourist, have local ID and driving license.  Can stay three years, leave for a day and come back to start a new three years.  Unique situation.)  In which country are you visiting your husband?  How long can you extend your visitor status?  Do you have a physical address in the US?
