Nervous about sending original documents to beneficiary(merged)

I'm nervous about sending my original documents that I submitted to NVC to the beneficiary. I submitted my naturalization, birth, marriage and divorce certificates and my beneficiary must bring them to the interview. I'm so worried about sending them. I'm thinking DHL. What are your experiences with this?

I'll be sending them to Nicaragua. And I hope the beneficiary will bring them back to me.

It's in the NVC email

You submitted forms and supporting documents to the NVC in electronic form. You must present the original forms and documents for review by the consular officer during your interview.

And https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-10-prepare-for-the-interview.html

Every visa applicant, no matter their age, must bring certain documents to the interview, including photographs, the original or certified copy version of all civil documents submitted to NVC

Because I submitted it to prove that I'm a US citizen and filing for my stepson. If I don't need to send it, that makes me feel better. My son has his birth certificate but I still need to send a translation. Also he needs my I-864 I thought.

It says the visa applicant,  so the applicant should bring his/her original birth certificate,  passport, your original marriage certificate with your stepson parent or a certified copy and very important if you were divorced you need all original copies or certified copies .

They don't need your original birth certificate or naturalization documents.  Just send copies and all other documents you uploaded

But if sending the original makes u better,  DHL is a very secure and fast way to send documents

Still nervous about sending my divorce certificate though

I have two certified copies of my marriage certificate so I'm fine with that but the divorce certificate I only have one copy

You can always request for more certified copies.
