Expedite my case

Hi , so i sent message from my uscis account asking them how i can request expedite for my case and i got this responde ,, so what they mean shall i write for them and explain my situation ? And what about document i dont see any place that i can upload support document in my uscis inbox ?

You must have a legit reason to expedite. That's what it lists.

It asks for evidence regarding your reason for requesting an expedite. Whichever category your reason for the expedite falls into, you will need to provide the relevant supporting evidence.

The problem that i there is no any way to upload document through my account in uscis , it only allow me to write a message

Generally for an expedite request, they first want to know the specific reason for the expedite, so write a message and explain everything in detail about your reason for wanting the expedite.  It needs to be for one of the five exceptional circumstances categories in their reply.  After you send in your specific reason, they will consider that and reply whether you can continue with the expedite or not.  If they feel that your reason meets the criteria, only then will they ask for supporting documentation.  At least that's the way many VJ members have reported on how their expedite processes worked.  Good luck!
