Did he pick it up at DHL or at the embassy?

He picked up at DHL. Once he was approved they gave instructions (bad instructions) on going on to the ustraveldocs site, selecting which DHL rpick up and printing the form you need to pick up passport w/visa.

Good Morning,

That is crazy because someone in my fb group k1 of course had their interview 12/30 and moving on to waiting for visa in hand. I don't understand then as I posted the other day they were closed from the 7th to the 10th. I don't understand I am sure they are asking the same question for both visas. I do understand k1's are easier for them to do because they won't go through what we are until after we married. CR/IR1's won't have that extra step but dang do both at a time a min a day this is crazy but as my husband say this is Haiti.

@Justus Forever please if you don't mind can you share the name of the Facebook group? ("That is crazy because someone in my fb group k1"...)

Has anyone gotten an interview yet?? Or an update on your case?? When I call I keep getting the embassy in the U.S because I can't speak creole! And all they say is, well we don't know anything about Haiti but expect to hear something real soon! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I'm just sick of this process already!! Oh and all my paperwork was approved for NVC in June 2020.

We was approved march 27 2020. I called and emailed and got his case number saying he again was approved.  As of jan 12 they will not process his papers until haitian embasy opens routine services.  Trust we started this in 2019.   We are also irritated.

@mjcharles69@gmail I feel your pain. However, good news! there is some progress. Below I have listed 3 visa Journey members who had an interview for the IR1/CR1 spouse visa category at the embassy in Port-au-Prince Haiti within the last few months. The dates their documents were qualified (DQ), The date of their interview, and the outcome of their interview are all included below. I hope this brings you some hope. Stay strong! We will be united with our spouses soon.

@Sydariatasha
