Has anyone gotten an interview yet?? Or an update on your case?? When I call I keep getting the embassy in the U.S because I can't speak creole! And all they say is, well we don't know anything about Haiti but expect to hear something real soon! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I'm just sick of this process already!! Oh and all my paperwork was approved for NVC in June 2020.

Good Morning,

That is crazy because someone in my fb group k1 of course had their interview 12/30 and moving on to waiting for visa in hand. I don't understand then as I posted the other day they were closed from the 7th to the 10th. I don't understand I am sure they are asking the same question for both visas. I do understand k1's are easier for them to do because they won't go through what we are until after we married. CR/IR1's won't have that extra step but dang do both at a time a min a day this is crazy but as my husband say this is Haiti.

My husband just interviewed and his NVC case complete was the fall of 2018. Haiti has had a lot of issues with the embassy closing because of riots etc. and then covid happened.
