What to do if your i-1551 stamp runs out while waiting?

My i-1551 stamp runs out in March 2021. I am currently at 72 days since fee paid and 70 since entry. It says on the USCIS website I can officially contact them about it at 90 days (is that when the fee paid or since entry?) but I see on here they won't humor it unless its 120 days and it takes a month to get back to you? By the time I get to 120 days I only have 13 days until I am officially out of status.

I'm just wondering in advance, of course I'm wondering if I can contact them at 90 days or if its a lost case and I should wait, I'm also wondering if I could just contact them right now? Slightly paranoid that the Dallas POE might have fluffed it up.

It was 120 days before the pandemic, you are completely fine. You are admitted as a permanent resident, the stamp is out but your status is not. The GC will come eventually.

No. Yours is good until November 2021. Your visa should say “UPON ENDORSEMENT SERVES AS TEMPORARY I-551 EVIDENCING PERMANENT RESIDENCE FOR 1 YEAR.”

https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/temporary-i-551-stamps-and-mrivs "Even if the MRIV is issued without the statement “FOR 1 YEAR,” employers should treat the MRIV as an acceptable List A document valid for 1 year from the date of admission."

You entered the USA on Nov 1, 2020.  Your  visa in your passport. should say something like: “when endorsed serves as temporary I-551 evidencing permanent residence for one year”. This means you’ve nothing to worry about until November 1. 2021.

And even then, your conditional LPR status lasts until November 1, 2022.

File your I-751 90 days before November 1, 2022, and your status will extend to May 1, 2024; the NOA1 from that plus your green card is an unexpired I-551.

If at any time you actually have an expired I-551 you can call USCIS to make an appointment with your USCIS field office to get an I-551 stamp in your passport.

March 31, 2020 was the last day you had to use the visa.  You used the visa.
