Hello forum, thank all of you, for your time and efforts to keep this great outlet going!

I filled an I-130 to my both Cuban wife and stepdaughter, we are already ready to fill out and send DS-260.

My questions is this , Due to lack of internet in the Island and the blocking of all federal web pages in the US from within Cuba , I need to fill out and sign those DS-260,

where and how can fill out a form to inform NVC that the petioners is signing DS-260 in  behalf of beneficiary for this case, thank you!!

Are you a US citizen? How many I-130 petitions did you submit?

Yes Im a US citizen requesting immigrant visas for both wife and stepdaughter, I just realize we made a mistake with a letter of my wife's daughter last name within DS-260 but not her name , her daughter last name an EX last name, thank you

A cuban here, federal web pages from USA are not blocked in Cuba, your spouse should definitely e-sign DS-260

When you start to fill out the DS260, it gives the petitioner, applicant, lawyer a choice.  As a petitioner, you can fill out and sign electronically for your wife, since the entire form is in relation to the beneficiary of the petition..
