Follow up with Health Department Regarding Doctors Referral

Hi,

 

I had my AOS interview on December 8, 2020. After the interview, the Officer asked that I should do another medical, as she could not find the one I did in my country for the K1 interview, before she could approve my green card.

 

I submitted the new medical a week after. I got another RFE stating the following:

 

"You must provide the following information in order for us to make a final decision on your case.

 

-Your Form I-693 states that Dr. xxxxx referred you to the Health Department to follow up on your latent TB treatment. Submit that you have followed up with the Health Department regarding your Dr.'s referral. "

 

I don't think I really know what to do at this point. Has anyone gotten a similar RFE? Any advice please?

First one for me, but the RFE seems pretty clear, you need to contact your local health department and follow up accordingly.

Do you think it is the State or City Health Department.
