Should I include my foreign fiancé's passport copy in the I-129F initial submission? She may renew her passport soon, so thinking worth or not to include it in the submission. Thank you in advance.

Removal of Conditions (I-751)
2/17/24: I-751 packet shipped via FedEx

2/20/24: I-751 packet delivered

2/22/24: Receipt Number available on USCIS Portal

2/27/24: Extension Letter Available Online, Biometric Re-use letter, "Case is being actively reviewed"

The instructions are silent on this,  silence is the indication of your answer.

So it's okay I don't include her passport copy? I don't want RFE for it later on if I can just include it now.

You can include anything you want. 

 

You don't get an RFE for something not required.   Fact is, many times some aliens don't even have a passport when the petition is filed.

If you met in-person somewhere other than her country, passport stamps are excellent evidence that she actually went at least to the country where you met, but are not required.
