I just needed to share this with you guys!! ;) We are taking a "secret" trip to Canada (not telling my family about it, just going to show up at my cousin's 40th birthday) this weekend !!! I'm so excited to touch CDN soil again and to go SHOPPING!! Yipee!!! We're only going as far as Fredericton, so not to my dear Island, but I'll take what I can get!

I'm going to Pizza Delight too and pigging out on Donairs!! Mmmmmmmm

Tee hee.. well NB isn't the BEST place for Poutine but if hubby can have another go at it I'm sure he'd like to!!

I will be stopping at Timmy's but I have to say (PLEASE don't ban me from the CDN forum for saying this), Dunkin D's beats Timmys' hands down with D'nuts & bagels!! I will do a ice cap though.. mmmmmmmm (stopped drinking coffee 2 years ago) = AGAIN DON'T BAN ME PLEASE!!!!!

Tim Hortons donuts used to be a lot better :blush: but I do like their soups and sandwiches :thumbs:

The best doughnuts I have ever had in my life are from this Chinese Takeout , Burger and Donut shop place here in the US.. they are so soft and yummy :thumbs:

We have a greek pastery shop here and the d'nuts look yummy there too.. i totally FORGOT about the soups!! Mmmmmmmmmmm They do have great soups!! Now I'm excited about Timmy's!!!

when my hubby would come up to visit we would just stay in Vancouver instead of going back to my town... anywho, we would eat at Tim Hortons's a lot... I liked their meal deals... Drink, sandwich and a soup... or something like that..

I surprised my friends and family with my first visit home after I moved to Canada 5 years ago.. It had been 9 months since I had been there and no one except my mom knew we were coming.. It was so much fun to see everyones reactions when we just showed up on their doorsteps!

I'm so excited today I can't do anything at work!! AHHHHHHHH :)

Hubby is all "excited' about going to Canada Day celebrations on Sunday.. tee hee.. my bf & I were laughing about it this am saying he's in for a rude awakening!! In Frederiction, they have some sort of "law" passed that for the parade there are no motorized vehicles allowed, no inflatables nata! So he'll really be floored when he sees that!! Plus July 4th is much bigger, much more patriotic, I think hubby is going to be sadly dissapointed :whistle:
