Hi everyone!

My interview has been scheduled at the end of January 2021.

I got the Documentarily qualified message without submitting the korean police certificate. I'm a foreigner living in South Korea  (illegally now)

Well NVC asked me to explain the reason why i couldn't get the Police certificate and i did and submit the explanation which i guess embassy in seoul received too and still told I'm DQ

Anyone had a similar situation?

Thanks for sharing.

Be all safe.

Are you working on getting that police certificate?  Even if you got DQ from NVC, you'll need to submit the certificate to the embassy.  Without the certificate, you will not be getting that visa.

What was your explanation as to why you didn't submit the SK police certificate? I don't see any way to avoid the requirement to have it.
