Jarl,

Getting a 221(g) does not mean that you will be denied. You went for your interview and they have to do a background security check(s) and took your fingerprints for this purpose. They will run your name check, background information and once it is cleared they will be ready to proceed processing with your case. All applicants must pass a security check before a visa can be issued. Also, your coming to the USA on a CR-1 which means you will be able to work and not have to apply for AOS for a work visa. Just sit back and try not to worry too much. My husband was a CR-1 visa applicant and he got AP and once his checks cleared he got his visa and has been in the USA right over one year now.

You need to lighten up, you're being too stressed. They are just doing their usual internal checks (if Cenomar, then it will be a minimum of 10 working days). Try to think of this way, you paid for Delbros and you were not outright DENIED. That should give you a better sigh of relief than thinking of things that will make you stress more. You need to relax a bit, what you're doing is not being healthy for you. I understand what you're feeling but you have done your best for the interview, you were prepared, you answered them honestly, you have done your part. Now, let them do their part (USEM) before they can issue your visa. You're not the only one who's in this situation and you need to wait patiently while following up your case. They will inform you if they need more documents from you, if they do, then you just have to submit the additional required documents and let them review your case.

You have to relax, believe and PRAY!!! angel.gif You will have your visa (at the right time), have faith!
