Why do you think the K-1 was denied?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Did not submit evidence of divorce, seems odd, that should be a RFE or not being processed at all.

You can file again if you meet all the qualifications.  Success will depend on why your previous K-1 was denied.  Why was your K-1 denied?

Based on OP's post history, because they didn't include the divorce decree in the petition.

You can apply for the K-1 as long as you've meet within the last 2 years before this new application.

Double check and make sure you include everything that's needed and don't rely on other people to check for you.

Best of luck.

Thank you! I was just confused if I have to wait until uscis receives it and send me a letter, we have met within the 2 years

Of course, the OP can refile......but something just doesn't make sense in my mind.  There could be more to this story....or other complications.

How did the case make it as far as it did without the divorce decree?

In AP for a year?

Omission of fact on petition

I have a friend who is adjusting, a few days back I took over the paperwork as they had 2 applications sent back for being incomplete, goes in Monday.

So this makes no sense to me.

That could account for the extended AP and how the case went as far as it did.

Some items don't make sense.  There are two threads on essentially the same topic that makes it hard to see the complete story

YMMV
