That post was unequivocally about killing Pence. Firing squad was simply one preferred method, though clearly he didn't seem to care what.

 

If people like this had an issue with Pence maybe they shouldn't have voted for him (twice?) ..

It was Twitter and Facebook who made the business decision to become a political outlet, censoring non violent content they don't agree with and allowing violent content they do agree with.  Buy shutting out conservative voices, they created a market for conservative social networking platforms, that's how Fox News was born, which btw is the highest rated Cable News Channel.

As a capitalist, I am all for competition. Given that several people in CEHST have said in the past week they've never heard of Gab before, and people on here seem to be pretty into online communication (I mean, hello, we are all in a forum), Gab will have a tough hill to climb. It has an in-built audience, sure, but expanding it to all the people on Twitter who just want to complain to McDonalds about their substandard Chicken McNuggets or get fast-breaking local news (what I use it for) is going to be much harder. This is said without value judgment on whatever is on Gab -- I certainly know of it, but it kind of does not seem like a place I'd find welcoming.
