I am fine in that department because I do weightlifting 6 days a week. I do 3 lite days and 3 heavy days, now I have also started throwing in 4-5 zumba workouts a week. I have found that keeping busy and letting my physical body get tired helps with the PTSD. But I do get very angry at him because he is so idiotic.
