It appears to me that Biden has already been given a free pass on many things from his past and present.  He was the only possibility left to get Trump out of office, so most media and his supporters looked the other way.

    I'm sure Biden has been given many free passes in his time, but as it pertains to the specific point raised, Biden hasn't served as president for a single day yet, so no free pass for that one yet.

 

   I don't really get this approach. I generally supported Obama but I used to criticize his policies often. Can people not just say Trump did something wrong without deflecting or changing the topic to what someone else did?

I'm not defending anything that happened on Jan. 6th.  However, IMHO, Jan. 6th would never have happened if Biden had been had been fairly vetted in the media.

 

I'm not a direct Trump supporter.  Never liked him before or after election.  However, I vote on policy, and the dems recently have very few policies I agree with.

People criticize Trump all the time, but that is not enough for the Left.  With all the purges being planned, and the cancel culture we live in today, it is all or nothing.

I hope they've prepared for nothing. Any momentum showing failure and the relativistic cowards bending the knee withdraw. A coercive approach like this where one tries to psychologically bludgeon people through threats of personal and financial ruin, and even physical violence, is at some point going to hit a wall, and when it does, it's toast, even more rapidly than it formed and spread. Can't say I won't be sitting back with my popcorn and enjoying it, making sure to rub it in along the way. The ravenous unhinged never can see their inevitable demise, even when they have access to more historical information than ever before showing it.

 

Their incremental progress was more productive for them when using a subtle approach, but then astringent Trump happened, radically changing their strategy, and once the cat is out of the bag the plan has been to put their head down and bullishly charge as far as they can go. It's too bad despite their psychological attempts to augment that plan through gaslighting et al, in the end, they're supporting a bone-headed movement destined to fail spectacularly.
