Anyone been paying attention to Bitcoin lately?

Meanwhile, the courts have a case to dismiss without consideration:

Well turns out there might be a anti-trust lawsuit there because AWS signed a deal with Twitter to host their data. So this makes it a very decent case of collusion or companies working together to squash the competition.

Easily, but laws, a constitution, contracts, they mean nothing if the courts refuse to enforce them.

Parler signed a deal, Twitter signed a deal. Several websites signed an AWS agreement.

Parler broke the TOS. What is the case for antitrust?

Actually how did Parler break a TOS? They have repeatedly said that they have tried to stay within their TOS. Also they put out a post like two days ago in regards to Google about how they went into a Zoom meeting with them in regards to this and as soon as Google learned it was being recorded they said that they had to reschedule it.

   Perhaps they are using the Trump/Giuliani lawsuit method. Then you don't really need a case, so much as you need someone who can babble about a case.

Review prior posts not only detailing contract issue but also antitrust issue.

Yep, by the same logic Google and Apple would have to shut down Facebook, Twitter, etc. off their app stores. It's overtly clear that a TOS is not a weapon to arbitrarily apply to whoever you want, and this is not only the intent by these companies, but by the the authoritarian fanatics begging platforms to ruin people they disagree with.

My friend is an AWS guru (like this is what he does for a living), and I asked him a bit about this. He said:

Quote

lmao AWS doesn't sign contracts. AWS is pay as you go, most services are billed by the second

Yeah, we were talking about that on work Slack today, all of us like Yeahhh no

Basically when you sign up with AWS, you aren't even billed. You don't get billed until you create a server, for example. And when that server is up and running, you pay a per-second fee billed monthly. A few services are billed by the minute.

That's for EC2, "Elastic Compute Cloud." That's what they call virtual servers

Remember when I pointed Alex to Amazon Lightsail? You pay for that by the month. But there is no way in hell Parler was running on Lightsail.

So what plans do they have if they are ditched by AWS, what is their Risk Management strategy?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

He didn’t even have the decency to address the nation after the trouble at the Capital. He has ignored his responsibility to the country, strange love, isn’t it?

So the failure to address the nation after a problem is under control, should be interpreted as not caring about the country?  :lol:

If we use that logic, then Biden must really hate our Country, for not only failing to calm his backers who were destroying, looting and torching 20 major cities across the US, while it was going on.. And Biden refused to lift a finger to call the mayors and Governors of these Democratic run cities, Biden did nothing because he believed it would work to his political advantage.  The one guy that DID make calls to Governors and Mayors was Donald J. Trump, offering his full support to get the rioting under control...

Trump= Loyalist Patriot

Biden= Cowardly Turncoat.

And our adversaries know it..

Biden isn’t the President. He has nothing to do with Trump ignoring his responsibility to the country. Poor deflection. Try it again?

It's very clear their going after Republicans, no matter who it is..  It will undoubtedly back fire on them, I'm just not sure to what degree.

Oh right,  He said in second debate he doesn't have the authority to make phone calls, Truth of the matter is, he doesn't have the balls to make phone calls.

Why do you keep deflecting?  This isn’t about Biden. Trump was derelict in his duty to the people of the United States.
