Happy Holidays to ALL,

What are the steps to withdraw a K1 application?

I got tired of waiting and I went ahead and tied the knot. I would like to withdraw my K1 and file a CR1.

After approval of my 129-F the K1 has been bounced around from the embassy and USCIS for about 2 years and counting..... No one can give me a definite disposition status.

Thanks.

Since it is approved,  you don't need to anything.   However,  if you are so compelled, you contact the place that currently has the petition.

YMMV
