Well I am telling you from first hand experience. 

 

We had equipment get burned up in both sites. The equipment in the area that was in a controlled area only slightly melted. So we had to replace few hundreds of dollars worth of equipment.

While the equipment in the area in the uncontrolled burn area was severely melted and we had to replace thousands of dollars of equipment because of how hot it was.

First hand experience is also known as anecdote. 

 

I'm not disputing at all that controlled burns are important. From my limited understanding of the subject, this is true. But it's not the only factor behind the disastrous fires. In order to reach this conclusion, you need to look at and analyze data over a long period of time. Scientists did it and the conclusion us that climate change contributes significantly to the disasters happening.

Didn't Murkowski say she is thinking of leaving the party? I am certain she would be an independent, but I expect she would caucus a good portion of the time with the Dems. Might not even need Harris that much.

It's the same methodology as every other time dust was kicked up in desperate hopes to achieve a desired outcome. Trump does something controversial, people then take that and widen it to everything else they can imagine, it's the same thing as brand (persona) marketing, just inverted.
