Hi guys!

Can you just confirm that the screenshot you sent IS the version that Montreal DOES accept? I am not via NVC but via KCC.

If someone had their interview this year and can confirm, that would be amazing!

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to update you on my experience in Calgary. I went to https://www.canadianlegal.org/calgary-fingerprinting and I didn't even have to explain what I needed. They actually started with "there has been a change since November and there is a new name being used." They are dealing with a lot of Canadians immigrating to the US so they are WELL aware of the procedure.

USCIS might tell you that the document you sent doesn't work. The fingerprint place told me that it happened to 2 of their clients since last November and they simply asked them to send the official press release mentioning the change to USCIS. The criminal records were then accepted. The press release is from October 29, 2020 and is called "Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services". It's a 3-page press release. (English + French version are on the same doc) On page 3 it says "Change to Privacy Act Civil Application". I am unable to find a link but I have a hard copy if anyone needs me to upload it.
