Hi all,

 

Hope everyone is doing well. Does anyone know whether NVC processing times on posted on their website are totally accurate? Currently states that they are working on cases from ~3 months ago, however I was just wondering if others had recent experience with them and could share. I looked on the timelines however it's hard to get an accurate representation.

 

Does anyone also know whether different countries are processed slower/faster?

I do not doubt that they were working on such a case and countries go together

Our case from submission to receiving documentarily qualified was 2 weeks. From I130 submission to approval was less than 3 months. Not sure if I should be worried or happy our case is moving along this fast. Lol 


but every case is different and as long as you put your petition together in an efficient easy way for the workers there. It shouldn’t be too bad.
