Our case at NVC has been approved.  My wife is at India, How long would they take to schedule the Interview?

This is a million dollar question. No one knows. Depends on many factors, the most important one being how the COVID-19 cases are in your region - as this will define if the consulate is doing regular interviews or just expedited cases.

 

I suggest you go on PORTALS tab (top left corner of this page) where you will see specifics regarding your embassy location.

 

I got DQ´d in May 2020 and still don´t have an interview date. But I am in Brazil... You should compare your dates with others from your location for greater accuracy. 

 

And a note: you say your wife is in India but your timeline is for Armenia... you might need adjust it if that isn´t accurate.
