The problem of yesterday's cancellation feature and reservation of another appointment is hidden from the list

So you can't cancel the appointment or reschedule? 

Also if anything, start a new application under a different email and just transfer all the info to the new one, this way you can get yourself a new appointment. 

Or you can email the embassy and explain what happened, may be they give you an earlier appointment.

I do not think creating a new account is a good idea because the embassy has written a note that you must have one account in order to avoid mistakes. I have written to the embassy and waiting for what will be the response
