ITR 2006

My fiance was in Iraq last Sept 2005 to October 2006. And I noticed that his total gross income on 2006 ITR and W-2 is just playing around $5K. Which (methinks) means that it is his only total income from November to December (2006)..

But I also have his 2005 and 2004 ITRs & W-2s that showed his actual (and normal) gross income..

Am I going to have a problem with this? What should we do? Help!

Thank you in advance! :)

Julie

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.

I am guessing your fiance held a regular job before he went to Iraq , finished his tour of duty, then went back to his regular job. If that is the case, bring his 2004, 2005, 2006 ITR and W2, plus his last 3 pay slips, and a letter from his military superiors stating the dates that he was in Iraq.

I'm sure he received military pay while serving in Iraq. Bring evidence of that too so it can be added to his 2006 income.
