Quick question about filing location for I-129F.

I am living abroad  in Japan with my fiance and filing the i-129f for K1 VISA.

I will have to send the entire packet to my family in the USA, who will then forward it to the correct filing location in the US.

This is because i need to draw a check from a US bank account, so my mom will write the check, put in in the packet, and forward.

Because the packet will be coming from within the states at that point (Priority, FedEx, or UPS), should it be sent to the Lewisville location?

Any advice is appreciated.

It’s not based off of if you’re filing from abroad or from within the states. It’s based off of which service you’ll be using to send your petition (in your case your mother). This is from the USCIS website (https://www.uscis.gov/forms/direct-filing-addresses-for-form-i-129f-petition-for-alien-fiancee) :

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

so of she’ll be using FedEx or UPS, then it’s the Lewisville one.
