So guys iv see. A few posts on here about webwed and people using Utah county and even tho these arnt proxy and are classed as normal marriages iv seen that most people struggle with the consummate part to then file for a cr1 now my partner is coming to the U.K. in March and we were going to use one of these services to get married whilst she’s here now I know you’ll all just go get married in the U.K. like normal but the process that you have to go through to do that means we won’t be able to do that so if we do the Utah county method whilst we’re together in the U.K. would this be ok for a cr1 visa application after?

US immigration has started to crack down on WedWeb: "I expected to be allowed to travel since we are married, but the US border control official at the airport said I couldn't because there's a specific rule that foreign spouses who got married online can't enter the US"

It’s not the travelling to the USA with a spousal visa it’s the cr1 application after doing it I’m more concerned about
