Looks like I am back. 2 years passed by really really fast.

I was trying to "lurk around" during AOS and after, but life just got busy after a while....

Now I just started to put together the ROC package (filing jointly).

For the ROC the instructions mention affidavit letters

"

Form I-751 Instructions 12/02/19 Page 6 of 105. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship.

"

Is it mandatory? Based on the language sounds like it is, but wondering.

I am curious if there is any correlation between getting an interview and not providing affidavit letters?

Thank you!

not mandatory, I didn't send any. I guess it depends on how much and the quality of your evidence. You can evaluate that when you get it all together.

Not mandatory, but if you feel that it will help in your case, theres nothing wrong with submitting a few more pieces of evidence.

Thank you! It is hard to decide, i would say we have a lot of financial co-mingling and I just hate asking ppl for favors.

Thank you! I would say we have enough evidence, but who knows I guess...
