@Bat man Did you ever receive a transfer notice? And what exactly did you ask Emma to find it out? She's just giving me standard answers and links.

I didn't get a transfer notice or anything. The NOA1 says Nebraska (paper and online copy). I asked Emma to speak to a representative and then I asked the agent what my case status is and what service center it's currently at. I also asked how long it's been at Potomac, but they didn't have that info, just that it's currently at Potomac. Wish I had saved the convo lol after a few minutes it deletes it entirely so I don't have exact word for word memory, but that's the gist of what I found out.

Anybody else tired of the "Your Case is being Actively Reviewed" message? It's been four months (since Dec 10th,2020) PD Dec 9th 2020 with no more updates.  It's exhausting.  My case is in Texas.

Yes I’m over it, I don’t understand how people applying after ours are being sent to Nebraska and approved within weeks.. Just doesn’t make sense and seems to be pure luck.. How does the status saying “Your case is being actively reviewed” for over 4 months have no update? Seems they’re not actually “actively reviewing” them, it’s just to make you believe it’s being assessed and really a bit of false hope.. Mines also at Texas probably stacked beside yours, PD Dec 7th 2020, actively reviewing Jan 29th 2021, because it took ages at the lockbox ..

@StrawberryKiss when you’re chatting with Emma, type technical assistance then it’ll direct you to live agent representative

Hi Bat man, same exact situation with me. A Tier 2 agent called me and told me its been at Potomac since the beginning even though my NOA1 is from Nebraska.

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

So I tried out Emma (thank you guys for the advice!) and we got transferred to CSC without any transfer notice either :(

No worries about the processing time at CSC. Mine went there and I got approved last week.
No transfer notice was sent

Wish they'd at least notify me I had to call lol I suspect mine has been at Potomac since I got the actively being reviewed message back in January or maybe it's been there the whole time either way guess I can expect a long wait 💀.

Bummer, but i'm glad you were able to find out instead of being in the dark! Who knows sometimes these things go faster than we think. Putting out good vibes for you that it'll be faster than the reported times 💕

mine got transferred to VSC without any notice as well. Applied on Feb 16, 2021 and agent mentioned it was transferred on Feb 26 to VSC to balance workload. Agent also told me it will take 15-18 months for any notice. I really hope it doesn't take that long.

Does anyone here have any approval recently? In the Visa Journey processing time it said that in all of the USCIS centers, the I130 cases seem have passed the December 2020 time.  My case is in Texas service center, 12/3/20 NOA1. SO far no change of status.

Are you 100% sure it's at Texas and confirmed with Emma? My NOA1 said Nebraska, but when I talked to a chat representative (Emma is the name of the chat bot) I was told it was at Potomac the whole time which btw isn't listed under there for whatever reason lol Also they're just estimates gathered by user input data which I've noticed some users input incorrectly which skews the data. I've seen a couple of December 2020 approvals from around September to now for Potomac.
