If you are an Adult and a US citizen, you can petition to bring your wife/husband to the US. You will need a cosponsor to meet support requirments.

US citizens can apply for K-3, if you are not a US citizen but do have Green-card you can apply for an immigrant visa for spouse using form I-130, LPRs have to wait for a visa number to come up before NVC will generate a case.

This takes Family second prefrence.

(114,200) At least seventy-seven percent of all visas available for this category will go to the spouses and children; the remainder will be allocated to unmarried sons and daughters.
