Very weird... We are EAC filers and I just saw an update online dated today that our I-751 case was transferred for an interview? I wonder why. *Sigh*

We haven't filed a N400, so it isn't for that either.

Oh no! It sucks. I'm pretty sure it might be just random. Wonder when the interview is?

Probably. I'm not really worried about it since our relationship is very valid and everything we have is co-mingled. We have a ton of proof we can easily show. The case status updated today, so I guess we will get something in the mail eventually. I'm sure it will be scheduled during our next vacation  or important event (as has happened to us before) lol.

K1 interview was scheduled during my midterm when I was still in college, so I went to Argentina and nearly had to drop the class,  but in the end they let me make up my midterm when I came back.

AOS was scheduled during our first trip back to Argentina after getting his EAD/AP card, so we had to reschedule the interview.

I'm sure this one will be scheduled similarly during a wedding we need to attend in Argentina later this year or something 😂😂

Hey sorry to hear about your interview but at least it's some movement on your case.  I'm EAC also, when did you file for for I-751?

Oh actually it updated again to say we are being transferred to a new office outside of EAC.....so we'll see what that means.

SRC was approving RoCs left and right and a few months back they seemed to hit all their brakes for some reason. Maybe this will speed up both your cases, good luck!

Ready for interview as of November, so annoying!!! I don’t care about getting citizenship yet, we just need few years where we don’t have to worry about any deadlines coming up, just want to get over with it already 😭

EAC filer.

January 29: Received date

March 9th : Fingerprints waived

April 6th: New card being produced

I was very close to filing N-400 but held off. Now i will feel more free to do so without the chance of I-751 being transferred. Looks like EAC is moving. Good luck everyone!😃

Hey everyone

So I woke up to an email from USCIS , saying we have taken action on your case please sign in…..

So I signed in , and NOTHING HAS CHANGED

* N400 is exactly the same as it was on March 19th 2022
No new documents in the document section

* I-175 is exactly the same as it was on November 24th 2021

is it a glitch email? Or am I missing something?

Anyone had the same experience?

We have taken an action on your case
