Just got a notification for our case. As of Nov. 3rd, the case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. Keeping our fingers crossed!

I-751 Submission Date - 01/07/21

Biometrics Appointment - 08/06/21

Ready to be scheduled for interview notification - 11/03/21

October 17, 2019 AOS receipt date 

December 09, 2019: Biometric appointment

January 15, 2020 RFE received

January 30, 2020  RFE response sent

Feb 7: EAD approved and interview scheduled

March 18, 2020 Interview cancelled

April 14th 2020: RFE received

April 29, 2020 Approved without interview

May 1, 2020 Card in hand

 

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

February 1, 2022 package sent

March 28, 2022 Fingerprints reused

July 18, 2023 approval

July 20, 2023 Card in hand

 

N400 

January 30,2023: Online filing

February 4th, 2023: Biometric appointment

June 15th, 2023: Case actively being reviewed

July 11th, 2023: Interview scheduled.

August 30th, 2023: Interview!

August 31st, 2023: Oath ceremony scheduled.

Sept 19th, 2023: Officially a US citizen!

Hi Thanks

1. Yes I have interview for AOS

2. Evidence sent: Income Tax Return 2018 and 2019, Apartment Lease 2019 and 2020, Health Insurance, Credit Cards, Joint Checking Account, Electric Bill with both under our names, Last Will and Testament, Wife life Insurance showing husband as beneficiary (vice versa), letters and cards from family and friends, Pictures together, Birth Certificate of our son

Big Congrats!

I am a January LIN filer as well. 

Fingerprint was waived the same day as you on 4/30. 

I received the 24 months extension last week vs the original 18 months one back in March. 

I hope I can get my case approved soon....Thanks for sharing and giving me some hope!!

I have a  very similar timeline, and had my biometrics appointment in August. No response yet.

 

Did they ever update your case status in ECAS with Biometrics appointment? For me, the system was never updated with biometrics appointment. Is this normal?

They never updated our biometrics appointment/capture in myUSCIS portal. I only found out about the case update because I check that portal every single day. These were the only updates that are showing for our case right now.
