Hi Guy,
I am new to this form. I filed I-751 on Jan,27 (EAC center). Finger prints waived March 9th but haven't heard anything since then.
Just want to make sure I am not the only one in this boat.
Thanks

We are in the same position as you too. As far as I read, no one who filed in January and whose information was sent to  EAC has heard anything since their fingerprints notice in the late winter.

MSC is notoriously slow, I wouldn't expect anything this year. NBC is the same as MSC so I wouldn't think it would get expedited. A friend of mine went through this a couple of years ago and it dragged out for a very long time. I am applying for naturalisation in November as well and of what I have seen most people end up doing both interviews for the I-175 and N400 at the same time. We just got to ride this out.

Came in with K1, had an interview at AOS stage for the two year green card, so I’m guessing that’s why everything was waived. It went by so quick.

LIN here too (though I'm in the Feb group).  It looks like LIN is trying to make some headway on some older backlog before too many of us from 2021 get approved.

A few weeks ago LIN had a bunch of approvals from Nov/Dec 2020 and even one from Jan 2021. It's been pretty quite since then...

Anyone has any updates with EAC applications? I’m 2 months away from being eligible to apply for citizenship and still no updates other than fingerprints waiver.

EAC here. No update since fingerprints waived in March. Did you have biometrics?

People here ---

What does the processing time look like for EAC? Any EAC Jan-21 applicants have approval?
